Irana Ji An teaches Shakti Flow Yoga.
In the last decade she studied and practiced various kinds of yoga - Sivananda, Iyengar, Ashtanga and Anusara – which were all combined into her previous studies of movement & dance - Graham, Release and Contact Improvisation.
These, together with her exposure to Zen and Buddhism, infused and shaped her approach to yoga as a way of living.
Irana Ji An leads yoga workshops & retreats in Greece and in South America.
