Qi Gong (pronounced Chi Kong) has originated in China thousands of years ago, an ancient meditative art of balancing and regulating the energy flow in the body, through slow, graceful movements and breathing.
Moving slowly, Stretching, Paying close attention to breathing while moving the energy through and around your body.
As a tool for body and mental balance and health, it is closely linked to Chinese medicine and the more articulated art of Tai Chi. There are thousands of styles of Qi Gong, as each teacher develops his own interpretation of this ancient art.
